Refund Policy
GENERAL TERMS
The software (the "Software") developed by me (the "Developer") is available on a "try before you buy" basis, with free demo versions available for download to ensure that you can fully test it before making a purchase. The description of the software is also available on the website. You must familiarize yourself with the documentation and try the software before making a purchase to ensure that it meets your requirements. To make the right decision, you can always contact the Developer on the "Contacts" page.
Since all the Developer's products are non-returnable digital goods (software) delivered instantly after payment, they come with a 30-day money-back guarantee based on good faith. The good faith guarantee means that the Developer will be happy to refund your investment if:
- The Developer is confident that the product is defective (i.e. does not function in accordance with the characteristics declared on the product's homepage or in other official documents related to the product) on the customer's computer/mobile device;
- The Developer receives assistance in clarifying the details of the problem from the customer;
- The Developer cannot eliminate the deficiencies of the Software within a reasonable time frame;
If you are not satisfied with the software purchased directly from the Developer, please contact him within 30 days of purchase to receive a refund.
In the event that a refund is issued, it should appear on your credit card statement within 1-30 business days. After receiving a refund, you must stop using and destroy all copies, full or partial, of the software for which you no longer have a valid purchased license. All issued license keys will be revoked and you will lose the ability to use the refunded products.
NON-RETURNABLE CASES
The Developer may reject a refund request in the following cases:
- The customer refuses to follow the Developer's instructions or does not provide the requested assistance;
- The software was purchased by mistake or under the assumption that it performs functions for which it was not intended;
- The customer purchased the software for an operating system other than the one they use (in this case, the Developer will replace the license with the necessary one, if possible);
- The problem is caused by the customer's system or network settings or by a third-party application or device;
- The customer changed their mind and no longer wants to use the product for non-technical reasons;
- The software was ordered as part of a limited-time promotion;
- The customer purchased or downloaded other software that they believe better meets their needs;
- The refund is requested due to a problem that could have been checked using the free trial/demonstration version, since the software is provided to the licensee "as is";
